Bio

I am one of Canada's top under-23 nordic ski racers. I call the national capital region my home but I live most of the year in Canmore Alberta, where I train with Canada's premier nordic ski training centre: the Alberta World Cup Academy.
Like many high-level athletes, I use a pyramid system of goals to help me achieve success in my pursuit of excellence. The long-term goal, at the top of my "pyramid", is to be a medal threat at the 2018 Winter Olympics.
When I'm not skiing or training myself to be faster at skiing (my primary pass-time), I enjoy taking distance courses through Carleton University, playing the guitar and reading.
The road I walk is a long one; it is full of many ups and downs, many obstacles, but many enlightening experiences, as it climbs its way closer and closer to Olympic success in one of the world's toughest endurance sports.
Follow my website, experience the journey and walk with me on this road.
